Difficult to solve problems
Right now I m having shortness of breathe. My chest seems a bit heavy. I feel like shouting and crying out loud. In general in my day to day life, I feel lost and confused. I get irritated frequently. I shout more often and argue alot. I am losing everything even my own cool nature. I hate being like this. Want to get out of this situation. Kindly advice
