Our emotions are closely connected to our physiological system. Some people are more vulnerable to experience these physical symptoms due to several factors like genes or personality traits, ongoing stresses etc. Your feelings and experiences indicates stress reaction with physical symptoms of anxiety. It is quite common and should be easily managed
Next Steps
Start to understand your emotions and notice how your thoughts, behavior and physical symptoms react to them. Take an objective look at it. Get present and see the context of your vulnerability and any triggers. Just let it be and tell yourself ... it's ok.  Atleast I am becoming aware. Then consciously manage your behavior while you calmly accept your emotions. It may take a while to master this technique. Once you do, you will manage any stress. Remember, emotions and stresses are not preventable, but manageable
Health Tips
Also focus on good lifestyle, yoga, meditation etc. If things are getting too difficult to manage, please consult a Psychiatrist for further evaluation and appropriate treatment.
