I think it’s more to do with your thought process and the way you react which leads to anxiety. I think this is anxiety related but it’s always good to go to your physician first for a ECG . Considering it’s normal then you can take treatment for anxiety. I am an online counselor and can help you for that. Visit my Facebook page and my website mentioned on it. Happy to help !

Hello, No it's not normal. At your age it can be Anxiety. Anxiety symptoms are usually free floating i.e., it comes and go anytime. Symptoms include worries about future misfortunes, feeling "on edge", difficulty in concentrating, restless, headaches, feeling dizzy, inability to relax, sweating, increased heart beat, gastric discomfort, dry mouth etc. Few or all of these can be present. It can be taken care off with the help of medications and psychotherapy. The other possibility needs to be rule out so consult doctor as early as possible.
Next Steps
Consult nearby psychiatric clinic.

Well all chest pain should be evaluated. Do a ECG and then describe the character of your pain. If it's anxiety related then other symptoms will be associated with it like palpitations, sweating , breathlessness tremor. BDZ and SSRI works well in that case but in first case. Do a ECG first
