I am 29 year old i was suffering with anxiety from one n half year and vertigo too I was on medication for few months and now I slowly stopped taking medication and I was fine for fre days.I lost my father last months I got suffocated at that time and took clonazepam n etizolem propranolol for 3 days and after that from 2 days I was feeling my head spinning and blurry eyes and nervous without any reason should I start my medication again or can I control this.I still get rapid heart beat when I feel anxious. Is this only anxiety or do I have any other heart problems.I also have gastric after I started using anxiety medication I am still using med for gastric.iwas really confusing weather gastric is troubling me or psychiatric problem or any other

As advised by doctors I used Betacap tr 60 while feel very anxious and depressed. Due to continuous anxiety I sometimes feel high heart beat , depression. On that time doctors advised me to take Betacap tr 60 atleast minimum 7 days at a time and felt very relaxed to overcome this problem. It is not continuous but while I get overtensed then takes . Is there any problem will be infuture or if take on regular basis then would be any problem . Please advise ?
