Currently I am doing my P.G from xyz medical college and my dream is to become H.O.D of psychiatry and I also want to become the professor of psychiatry in xyz medical college.So,I want to clarify that what are the qualifications required to become.h.o.d and professor of psychiatry and will it affect my medical career.Means I want to treat patients but will I would be able to do if I become professor and H.O.D

Suffering from OCD, IBS, Anxiety Used to suffer from losing the balance while walking, running from the year 2011. All the tests MRI, Citi Scan, and the one conducted by Neuro Surgeons were done..When no fault was detected in any organ of the body from inside and outside NeuroSurgeon, Neurophysician ENT Specialist have advised to consult psychiatrist. Dr Anand Nadkarni has given treatment for 3 years. Presently under the treatment of Dr Sagar Mundada Psychiatrist. How long the treatment should be taken? Can this be treated permanently. I want to get rid off all the medicines immediately. Rest information if you suggest something.

Last few months suffering from sleep issue/ anxiety.Started dur to some loan Commitment and job fluctuation.Met Neurologist advised Spectra - 25 during night. Now I have overcome the burden of loan. My question is Spectra-25 I was taking since last six months. I feel sleep issue also reduced. Shall I slowly stop the tablet or will have to Continue. Pl advice.

Hello mam/sir for my silly mistake the person i loved left me and got engaged in a relationship with a guy within 1 month , but after this too I can't stop thinking about her , the time we had , I still  love her . But this behaviour of her is making me go  insane , I can't sleep well and focus on my studies. I begged pleaded for the mistake I had done but she is not listening to any of them rather she blocked me and kicked me out of her life

I cry a lot these days without anything and I'm just sad without any specific reason. It's hard for me to feel happy. I feel this when I'm alone. I mean I know it's me growing up but still feels weirds.

I was on sertaline developed a manic episode put on  2 case lithium olazapine inderal then again developed severe ocd put on 3 case lithium olanzapine+ inderal life is hell good.. I will always greatful to pgi doctors and psychiatry. But my question was i not put on fluxotine after i deveolped a manic episode

Any possibility for interactions between covaxin with paroxetine and clonazepam ? Iam currently under this medicines for anxiety ,panic and depressed state , can I still take covaxin without any interactions ?

Hi My baby is 2 years old. Weight is 12 kg. He is too much hyperactive and he hit himself. Even I try to calm him anyhow. But he doesn't understand. He is too much obstinate . He doesn't speak well. He doesn't sit at a place for 5 minutes. But he understand things and express his need by pointing out towards thing. Three major issues Speech delay Dont sleep easily takes 1 hour and sleep at late wake late Hyper active . He never take rest keep  moving here and there. He babble himself.
