Resigning from a job before you have a job in hand can be quite anxiety provoking. So it's understandable that your sleep was disturbed. The symptoms you are facing should subside within few days as your stress level has decreased by finding a new job. Just do some yoga or breathing exercises for next 2 weeks and if you still feel difficulties in concentration or overthinking or memory disturbance consult a psychiatrist or psychologist.
