Palpitations, acid reflux, chest pain, tremulousness or shivering are common symptoms of anxiety. If all medical tests come out to be normal then it is best to consult a psychiatrist or psychologist. Usually the triggers are some sort of stress. Medication and therapy will help you resolve whatever conflict or stress is causing these anxiety symptoms.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist or psychologist
Health Tips
do some deep breathing exercises/ yoga. that will help too.
