From the last few months I could go into deep sleep. I used to feel as if I was awake even while sleeping and used to wake up tired. But now the situation is becoming worse, I am not able to fall asleep till 3-4 am everyday. I feel as if my heart is beating faster than normal and I feel restless. Stopped having tea or coffee even still no improvement is seen. I feel quite irritated throughout the day.

Pain in shoulder and neck since last 15days. consluted orthopaedic and completed physio therapy as well but no use. taking following medicines for anxiety tryptomer 25 after dinner Lonazep 0.5 MD after dinner etizola beta 0.5 after dinner is this pain associated with anxiety? as per my psychiatrist this is due to anxiety and called this as somatic pain took pain killer  as per advice of doctors but of no use. please advise

I had hypertension previously currently managed (110/70) with meds, losartan 25 and also taking propranolol 40mg for anxiety, and i was prescribed atomoxetine 18mg too is it safe to take?
