My concentration and memory has bcum so worse,at the end of the day I can't remember wt hapnd on tat day.If any1 gives hint I can remember.I'm a smoker.My confidence is low and I wnt do anythng according 2 plan(studies)&I keep changing my thoughts for evry sec. Is this a serious psychological problem?hw 2 deal wit it?

I am under depression problem from 6 years.i was taken serta 50 5 years.now my doctor give me zaptra12.5 and zapiz 0.25.but still iam not feeling better.can i take serta 50 tablets to start again.but serta 50 tablets gained my weight.what i do?

Waking up around 2 am
Symptoms are; when im in deep sleep (most of the times it occurs when im dreaming) around 2 am , I jolt awake and its like I was holding my breath for some time, then I forcefully start breathing. Also when I wake up my stomach is bloated and either I burp or leave flatulence and after sometime I can go back to sleep.

My brother have been suffering from nightmares lately. Its sounding a bit like scary movie parts. But he says that he ain't seeing nothing like that. He don't remember the dream. But he cant sleep. He wakes up from his sleep and starts crying. Is there any cure?

During any pressure situations like anger, tensed, worried about something My legs start shivering automatically and i loose my control on my femur muscles and leg bones become uncontrolable past many years. Actually happens with silly tensions but nothing to do with major financial tensions and exam tensions.
