I sometime have headaches, i feel angry all the time irritated , keep thinking even if i don't want to , sometime i feel so angry that i start crying what should i do ? Are these signs of depression. ?

I just bade farewell to my medicines 3 months back because of marked improvement following an extensive 1 year treatment. Now since 3 weeks I am experiencing a severe depressive episode and I am just unable to snap myself out. Is this normal? Will it always be a dream to sustain a normal life without medication at all?

Fear of going alone

Promotion at work combined with obsession over perfection and/or being way better than my peers.
Circadian Cycle messed up. Cannot sleep before 5 AM every single day. Sometimes 6, even 7.
Have 3-4 Mugs of Latte everyday.
Hot showers after work.
Skipping breakfast and lunch on most days as I wake up late.
