Hi , this question is regarding my brother , he's been complaining of being lonely . He his someone who's very calculative and always talks under measuring angles , people find it very boring & irritating to listen to his talks maybe that is the reason he's alone & without friends. We at home are 5 cousins & we try to interact with him but still end up being bored. On a recent event when he lost his cell phone the crying went on for 2 days, we felt as if he lost a loved one & not a phone. He's been complaining of being depressed & losing interest in studies & being short tempered. Can you please suggest me that how do we bring a joyful person into a depressed one?

Hello, I am scared of talking in group despite I having good knowledge of the topic. I am always having lot of thoughts but Cudnt speak my mind and I can't help but think more and more. I am also scared of going to a particular place thinking sm1 wud bump into me and talk.

I snore for last 5 yrs and also hv wet nose always. Do not feel rested even after a nigh ts sleep also .wake up 2 3 times in night.

My mom is behaving very arrogantly we give 1 injection of depression still has no improvement she's blame n fight with us for things we never said..she's laughing all time..
