I have been in depression since 4 yrs. In these time period i tried to kill myself many time. Main reason for depression is my study and break ups.

From past few years i am having trouble for falling asleep. The general timing of me falling asleep has become 4a.m. and i am quite worried for the same. I have tried physical exercises and stuff but still didn't work.

Day by day I feel like ending my life.. Couldn't tolerate a single harsh word...its like everyone is fake. I am feeling loneliness all the time.I don't want this.but couldn't save myself from drowning in this depression. Help me!!

Mmind in depression, heartbreakdown, emotionally low, feels life to be burden, not interested to live, tried to give up my live twice.

I dont what is happening with me.but im unable to study and i cant concentrate while studying.as a result im a year down student now.but i was very good in study when i was in school.this have started from last 2-3years.due to this,my stress is also getting increasing day by day about thinking future nd job and all things.please tell me why this is happening and tell me a solution on this and is there any need to take help of a psychiatrist.please help me please...

Is it serious ?? I am under treatment of anxiety and panic disorder. Taking Zolfresh 10 mg, Betacap 60 tr, pari cr 25 , Etizep .5 .pls suggest and I m having day time napping also. Weight 91 kgs height 5,11

I feel sad, anxious , suicidal I am doing things in life which I never wanted to do My life is off track Got issues with my Father I need help

Today i was so frustrated that i want to kill myself. I literally don't remembered what i was doing in that certain period of time my family was with i even don't know how i behaved with them. Am i getting mad ??

My son is 03 years old.We found that our son has the tendency of doing things with left hand.Now, we have admitted him in a school and he has been tought to write with right hand.Will this affect his performance as a student.Please advise,whether we will allow him to write with right hand inspite of him being a left-handed.
