I got stiff thigh and big butt and bulky hands but lil belly fat how i will make a perfect feigure of me to look attractive with out loosing my facial glow

I am not able to sleep before 1-2pm .if I go to sleep after that my mind is not sleep it's keep running something . my eyes are closed and I sleep but i feel my mind is keep running . when I get in the morning 8 am I feel tired and my eyes are hot. ... And I have head ache in the morning ...

Im 25, recently girlfriend of 4 years broke up with me for my over possessiveness and short tempered behaviour. I went into deep depression, which is affecting my life. I am unable to concentrate on my work, I dont feel like doing my job or work towards anything new in my career. I dont have any hobbies or doesnt find happiness in anything I do. I bought a flat which is a big thing for someone at this age, I doesn't any happiness in it. I don't go out with friends , I stay away emotionally with my parents, I get angry fast. I think about my ex and my mood fluctuates from sad to depression where I cry. I was depressed earlier when in relationship, if I werent depressed she would have been with me. She couldnt understand me. I am also having social phobia and too much self conscious about what people think about me, are they looking at me and all. I am all lost in my life. I really dont know what to do :(

I am unable to concentrate on anything, lot of things going in my mind, feel so nervous, tired, dnt want to go to office, daily scolding harassment giving headache. Feel so tired want to run away from the world. Any body to help me

I feel so sleepy always... Surrounded by tiredness all the time....I can sleep for hours 12 to 13 hours easily... This is really affecting my studies....please tell me...what is it....??

I am taking Trazine s 3 tablets, enchorate chrono 200-1 and lorawell- 2mg. I am to develop at work. They are not increasing my salary. Due to 20years experience. i am not learned anything. I am a waste person. i am unable to identify the routes also. I have 2 children. I am unable to educate the children. recently i got heart attack. i am doing job irrespective of my study. Due to financial problem i want to die. my fear is if i resign job. I am not getting job. I am not keep this job also. i came to office sitting idle. If ilost this job i don't get any where. what i have do in this postion. No one cooperating me all are scolding me due to keep this job and work

I have bipolar disorder and I am undergoing treatment for last one year. I am taking in regular medicines. My drugs mostly lithosun SR,clonil,depaketo etc. I am also regular blood donor. I have donated more 15 times. My blood group o neg. Today when I went to donate blood suddenly saw a question r u taking any medicine?. So my question do with bipolar disorder and dipolar medicine can I donate blood or no?
