My son is 22 months old and he does not respond to his name, always want to play alone and doesn't show interest in eye contact.

Have you got his hearing checked? Autism shouldn't be diagnosed at such an early age. Visit a child psychologist/psychiatrist when he turns 3.

Please consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible and get him screened for autism. He is showing cardinal signs for autism. Occupational therapy is best for autism
