I am struggling in tapering ventab DXT 25mg I have tried some methods and it is not working..Any psychiatrist specialized particularly in tapering available?

I need Hand written prescription for Mirtaz 30, as it is getting rejected while ordering online from generic pharmacy, I have been using it for Insomnia from last many years, if any one can share prescription for affordable consultation fee.

So recently I am going through a lot of pressure at home because of marriage and I don't know how to deal with it. I am anxious all the time and I get suicidal thoughts too. How do I deal with it?

I am 32 years old male now. Since childhood Irritable bowel syndrome and sudden intense urge of urine with frequent urination and leakage of urine but no pain no burning. This urine incontinence problem is psychiatric problem??

Hello Doctor, I have been taking Paroxetine 12.5 mg for the past 1 week for anxiety, mild depression, and premature ejaculation. I take it at night after food as prescribed. Since starting the medication, I have been experiencing: • Nausea • Daytime drowsiness (even after sleeping 8-9 hours) • Occasional brain fog • Lack of appetite in the morning Additionally, I am taking Centrum Multivitamin in the morning or afternoon after food. Are these side effects normal during the initial weeks? Should I continue the medication or consider adjusting the dose? Is it safe to take the multivitamin along with Paroxetine? Please advise. My mother is starting to get into depression again. She has had depression 3–4 times before. Now it seems like she is becoming depressed again, even though she does not have any major tension or problems. She starts worrying about getting depressed, and that itself increases her anxiety and tension. She is not able to sleep for long — only about 3 hours of sleep. She does not talk much to anyone and does not laugh much. She just sits quietly and does not feel like doing anything. When she wakes up in the morning, she feels a tingling sensation in her head. She does not feel like cooking, eating much, or going outside. High doses of medication do not suit her because she is slightly overweight, and higher doses make her feel more restless and uncomfortable. What should we do? Please suggest some solutions.

When I stopped antidepressants, i lost sleep for 3 days and then when I woke up on the 4th day with little sleep,I developed neck stiffness/cervical spondylosis spasms, headaches, photophobia and sound sensitivity as well. Lost weight since I had gained lot of weight on meds. Also had digestive upset etc. went sleepless for a very long period. Memory affected, and focus affected. For neck stiffness, cervical spondylosis, was suggested physio, but I got okay with alternative medicine. Gained okay weight now, can sleep a bit with meds. Did the neck stiffness, cervical spondylosis, neck spasms affect blood supply to the brain? Is this the cause for insomnia, memory issues or anything to do with the brain or no? Please let me know. Can sleep with meds which had stopped working in between. Severe neck pain and stiffness was there but on examination by ortho, painless ROM.Severe insomnia that was never there earlier and even memory issues that weren't present earlier. Guide correctly please.

Few years ago I was biiten by a dog mistakenly I went to normal medical store to take anti Rabies vaccine he administer booster on wrong dates/schedule. When I get to know that my anxiety reached very high I started reading about rabies and got to how serious this disease after that I get myself tested rabies anti bodies test got consultation from v doctor that problem solved but after some month I got bitten by rat and after few year bat bitten me so now I am very much feared of rabies whenever a dog passes nearby me I can't differentiate whether he touched or not even when I go outside I turn backward again again to check whether any dog is coming or not .same in other area when I go to hospital if I see red dot I feared that this is blood I may catch any std if I touched that if anybody touched me I feared what if they cut in hand and from that I may get disease.So is this health anxiety  100% curable? My cousin is psychiatrist so should I consult psychologist 1st or psychiatrist?

So my mom's been going through maniac episodes i have already consulted a doctor for this and Oleanz and Clonazepam medication was given she had it for a week and then stopped after it went but now before 5 days she got it back and she's having the same medication and since she hasn't been moving her body much she's having muscle stiffness and the maniac episodes haven't got any better can i give her Pacitane? and what should i do?

Hi dear doctors, I have been on medicine for more than a year. I am a type 1 diabetic for 12 years. My weight has also increased to 100kgs. My medicines are Mirtaz 7.5, Nexito 20, Lamitor od 100, Sizodon LS (risperidone)  And Oxetol 150. I feel that I am having alot of medicines that is why asking for a second opinion. The psychiatrist described MAD but I feel they have given medicines on the basis of symptoms and they don't know what exactly I am facing. Even after taking mirtaz at 8:30 pm, I wake up at night and my sleep is in pieces (this has happened 2 times), My memory is also deteriorating. When I wake up at night even after taking medicines, I take extra mirtazapine and Lorazepam. I feel  Please advice.
