I am suffering from GAD from last one year.. I was on placida and nexito plus for months but when i stopped medicine symptoms reappear. Then i took ayurvedic consultation. My doctor prescribed me aswagandha and bacopa twice daily. And sarpagandha, jatamansi and tagara for bedtime along with one medicine for digestion.. My anxiety symptoms better now but iam suffering from acid reflex almost most of the day.. is it normal... or should i change the medicine?

Plz Help I am a student ,but I really face a severe problem ,...for past 4 to 5 years And ,now the problem its so increased that...it ruin my academic life..... My symptoms ✅️create a scenario and fantasizing world in my brain...creating separate charachter...what I see in real life or TV or mobile  which was attractive...I create exactly same scenario in my brain and the leading charavhter was me...it was just like a movie...which was going according to me ✅️It took 4 to 5 hrs ...if i stert daydreaming...which draied out my focus ✅️I cant able to focus either any activities or study 😭😭😭 ✅️I search every youtube video...and apply many many tricks ...to stay in present...not in my fake fantasizing world...but...I always...slipped ✅️I saw ...many tricks like ...butterfly techniq,writing your dream,time tracking...but nothing helps ✅️main pb was that...I couldnot ask for help from my mammy and papa,...Plz sir and maam help me out...I really want your support to get out...🙏

I have been suffering from insomnia and anxiety for 20 days then I consulted Psychiatrist, Dr. Prescribed me S-VOCITA 10 mg for 40 days and Lonazep 0.25 mg for 20 days. I take medicines from first day of taking medicines my sleep come back, and I take for 4 days only, because my main problem was Insomnia. After 15 days I feel worsen I don't feel happy and less Interest what happen to me? Can I take again that medicines and continue or need councelling. Please help?

I didn't have alcohol for  2.5 years. But a few days back again I've had. In between I've had 3/4 times though not regularly. Now I'm feeling that I may start having alcohol once again the way I used to on a daily basis. I don't want to do so. I want to keep myself away from alcohol. Kindly suggest.

Hi My 10 year old daughter has started showing signs of puberty from last t 15 days she constantly stimming like doing a particular neck movement and doing a humming soung ah ah...ah.. We went to her doctor he said it's a repetitive behaviour as she following instructions talking doing all her regular activities... I asked doctor about tics he said it's not tics, earlier also in past 2 years back same behaviour came and went in two / three months. The doctor increased her resperidone from 1.0 mg to 1.5 mg ( o.5 mg thrice in a day) My question it's 10 days I have increased dosage I cam see she calm happy playful but that behaviour is not settled,yes the sound is now in low volume but the frequency of doing is somedays same sometimes more. So very confused... If it's tics which temporary same medicine is der...

Can oleanz plus be taken two times a day? I am taking it two times a day from 3 days.earlier it was one time a day... In 3 days i only feel dizziness , laziness and a little bit sleepy feeling in eyes

I had few panic attacks around a month back with physical symptoms like numbness in my limbs, specially left leg and arm(jelly legs), heavy-headedness, dizziness persisting. Had done a brain MRI, spine MRI and a NCV test, while consulting a neurologist and the tests have all come fine, with no indication of any physical issue. I did get my b12 checked and there was a b12 defeciency, around 130. Got the injections necessary but with no improvement ,I was told the symptoms I am experiencing may not be be due to the vitamin defeciency. Recently consulted a psychiatrist and have been diagnosed with anxiety based on the symptoms and my experience. I have been prescribed with etilaam 20 pro(morning and before sleep)and nexito 5mg(after lunch) for 3 weeks. I am just concerned about any possible side effects or withdrawal symptoms that I need to be aware of. Also would like an overall opinion.
