I am a breastfeeding mother for 10 month old baby. My baby sleeps very less be it day or night and specially at night, she wakes up every one hour, and even if she wakes up, she should always be on my breast. If not, she will not sleep. I feel sleepy ans tired be it day or night. Off late from last month- sudden heart palpitations, fear, restlessness, racing heart, and feeling scared without clear reason, yet with a normal ECG and echo. Even if im doing my normal routine, suddenly i get a sense of fear without reasons. I try to control by thinking positive, listening to songs. It hardly works. Im taking etilaam pro 20 as advised for 10 days only. Today i got it again in the afternoon as my baby did not sleep yesterday. Please help !! I am not able to figure out if this is anxiety as im a bit of overthinker by nature . Need help !!!

My father age is 67 years he is physically fit but have diabetes type 2 in control from last 1 year And have hypertension  but in control taking medicine Father is going aggressive day by day Meaningless talking hyper every talk normal talk Should I give him serta 25 mg for control aggression if not then wt to give to stable mental condition

I haven't been able to sleep for almost 6 months. No matter how hard I try I can't fall asleep at night, I tried to tire myself by working out, tried meds too but still nothing is working Sometimes I can't fall asleep till 11 in the morning

Feeling lightheaded phobia negative thought always feel while walking will fall ,ear ringing, not proper sleep ,legs weakness, sweating sometime,stomach bloating sometime.

How likely is that someone who experienced increased anger and anxiety while initiating fluoxetine will have similar reactions when using paroxetine?

I have question I am taking betnaz tr20 tablet for pulse rate and anxiety if someone wants to taper does in 10 mg does any slow release tablet 10 mg available

If someone is taking inderal la 20 tablet for anxiety and high pulse rate than how should they taper as in 10 mg sustain propanol release tablet not come it comes in form of immediate release tablet so they should take twice a day or one time a day

I am suffering from OCD an anxiety from last 11 years in 2019 start psychiatric treatment I take clonazepam etizolam floxamine paroxetine for 5 years but these medicines make me fat and again and again my LFT SGPT and SGOT very high so I quit medicines last year but now i am again facing severe anxiety please tell me what can i do in this case

Hi I've been suffering from something unusual like some time when I breathe in there's sound of air or mucus moving in lower chest and same sound when eating spicey food. I've been a smoker since 3 years and I've physically active. is it anxiety or something else. I also get numbness and high heart rate and foggy blurry vision. Is it anxiety or some serious lung and heart related issue.

Can I take spirulina I have sleeping issues and iron deficiency? Are there any side effects? Is spirulina better in tablet form or powder?
