The person i love is marrying someone else under his parents pressure and he doesn't wanna go through with it, and seeing him unhappy is making me feel bad now. He says he loves me and that he really wanted it to be me. Now it's triggering my anxiety and I don't know how to handle it. It's making my chest physically hurt.

My (male) heamoglobin level is 12.6gm but the healthy range is 13-18gm. Is it alarming or I need little bit improvement?

My sister was admitted in a government hospital psychiatry ward 10 years ago for around 20 days. They said they tried their best but her condition was not improving, so they told us to take her home and continue OPD visits. My father took her for OPD for around 6 months, then stopped. He also threw away all her old medical documents. Now I want to take her to a private psychiatrist. Since we have no papers, will the doctor start medicines again from the beginning with basic/generic medicines, or will they prescribe newer and stronger ones? Obviously it is difficult for anyone to say without seeing the patient, but I want to know what is more likely — starting generic or giving newer/stronger medicines?

Hi i am facing a hypertension problem doctor prescribed me mirtaz 7.5 mg with tryptomer 75 and zolfresh 5 mg due to persistent sleep disturbances my bp reading 140/100 taking all medicine i add ciledge 10mg+ramistar 1.5mg still blood pressure not control so now 130/90 so i decided to reduce to 50mg tryptomer because I am afraid of stroke i can sleep calmly after taking 75 mg. Is there any alternate medication is not requested by me

1. I was taken panazep 25 from last 3 month regularly can i switch into  Depixon 25 CR (leeford company) 2. Can i take epitril 0.5 (clonazepam 0.5 ) on SOS basis only . 3. From last 8 years With these medicine i also take betacap 20 mg regularly. 4. I want  to minimize medicine dependency so i only want to take paroxetine and propranolol only clonazepam on SOS basis only.  5. Please advice thank you

Escitalopram 10 mg at night causing chest tightness and throat tightness and propranolol 20mg in the morning is used to manage it. However after taking propranolol the anxiety and tensed  feel increases. How to manage this trap?

Ive a short term memory loss and absent mindedness since I suffered through alot of social and personal problems in my life related to health and family life too. And even after taking herbal medicines im still not able to get back the same sharp memory and mindfulness like before. Please help me treat this. Im not able to understand how do I get back to myself again. Its affecting not just me but to others around me too. And after waking up it feels like ive forgotten everything like a blank page. Its affecting my every part of life. What should I do to rebuild my memory powers again?

Hi, I am initially diagnosed with depression and general anxiety before eight years but right now, I am desperately trying to get rid of the medications which I am taking as whenever I am trying to cut down the medications, I am experiencing the withdrawal symptoms and I am sure. I didn't tap the medication properly, and that is the issue as I am taking nexito 5MG and sulpitac 20 MG please kindly help me to overcome this issue. Thank you so much. It would definitely mean a lot to me !! And also, I would like to ask questions regarding the symptoms of general anxiety disorder is getting jealousy feel a symptom of GAD without a proper reason !?

I have used paxidep 12.5 for 1 year for anxiety and Stress. After that i am feeling well and left that medicine for 1 year. Again  now i faced same problem anxiety and Stress specific in working office time and the doctor prescribed for paxidep 12.5 . When I am working in office to complete that work ontime automatically getting stressed and not able to concentrate for some time and after taking some break felling well. It's happening everyday in working time at office. So i am using paxidep 12.5 recently as per doctor suggested, feeling little better. Could you please advise how many days I need to continue medicine paxidep 12.5 and it's safe paxidep 12.5 for long term use, kindly confirm..

Iam 31 year male not married I am working in hospital 4 days in month night shipt is there my problem is that in home I am not getting proper sleep hardly I sleep at 4 or 5 hors that also not getting properly please help me doctor
