In an argument he needs space I need his presence. Where at the end he leave hurtful words to push away. To make him understand I need to wait for days in no contact. I have to suffer in silence to make him understand. But eventually he understands and apologize but it is happening again and again like pattern. Also I don’t have breaks but I have to give no other options. Also I have family issues can’t cope up both. How to handle?

I have handwashing OCD, due to which I wash my hands a total of 4 times at a time whenever I touch anything that I feel might have germs, bacteria, viruses, or fungi. To stop this habit, I want to know and be sure that washing hands once with soap and water is enough to remove every germ, bacteria, virus, and fungus, or do I really need to wash my hands at least 3 or 4 times to be safe?

I was on medication (attached prescription ) for 15 days. That time doctor said that I was developing symptoms of PTSD. My partner's family misbehaved with me-especially his mother,my partner lied about his family and made some false promises. just a day before my wedding it all happened and it has created a lot of trust issues between me and my husband. It was a one sided intercaste marriage. After marriage I don't have any connection with his family. But my husband speaks to his mother, which I have also not stopped him from. But I will never forget and forgive. What I have gone through is I can't express in words here. Since then I had panic attacks, anxiety, unknown fear, my body shakes and at times I couldn't sleep whole night. Whenever somebody talks about marriage, family or trust I get triggered. I get flashbacks and couldn't control my emotions.Is it a chronic PTSD? That incident happened in Nov 2022. Do I need medication? What is the solution for this?

I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic attacks and Health Anxiety disorder since last 12 years. I have consulted different psychitarists in past and I was put on Escitaloporam 10 for 8 years and Vilazodone 40 for 3 years. I was also prescribed Desvenlafaxine, Bupropion, Sertraline, Paroxetene, Vortioxetine, Qutipin and Olanzapine for 1 months each but it all gave me really bad constipation. Really bad constipation resulted in discontinuation of medicines of the above medicines. Now my psychiatrist has prescribed Fluoxetine 20 and Mirrazapine 30 and Etifoxine twice a day. I am confused which Antidepressant to take. As I have constipation issue with this medicines. Any suggestion, which Antidepressant I should opt for Fluoxetine 20 or Mirtazapine 30 as mirtazapine is making me sleepy and groggy the whole day after taking 15 mg at night. And Which one should I continue in augmentation with Etifoxine, Mirtazapine 30 or Fluoxetine which doesnt give me bad constipation and groggyness.
