If someone is taking inderal 10 mg twice a day how should they taper off taking 10 mg propanol one time a day or taking 5 mg propanol twice a day

Sexual mental issues ...orientation ..confusion...mixed feelings... Fear...stress...premature ...not sure... background... child abuse

So whenever there's an examination I feel an ounce of pain or something in my heart and stomach as I feel scared that I will fail in the examinations and because of this I am not able to sleep at night as I stay awake till 4 to 5 am due to the anxiety and being scare I am suffering plzzz consult me with some solutions

I was prescribed Dedep Plus and I have taken about one and a half tablets in total. After taking it, I started feeling headache, tiredness, heaviness in the head, and difficulty concentrating or reading letters on my mobile and in books. Because of these side effects, I stopped the tablet from yesterday. Since I am a working person, it’s becoming very difficult to focus on my work. Could you please advise how long it may take for these effects to go away and if I need to take any medicine or precautions to recover faster?

I am diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and MDD , The doc prescribed lithosun 300mg and Nexito 10 mg , I have a query is Lithosun 300 mg very dangerous because I have heard that it leads to kidney damage, and what amount of mg is high dose (is 300 mg considered as high dose)

I wanted to confirm is it normal to have cramps in anxiety because I experience stabbing pain in my chest and sudden nasal obstruction? Even these symptoms last for entire day until and unless I'm busy or sleeping. I have taken CBC, lipid, thyroid, sugar and even troponin I with ECG and scan for heart and these tests were normal. But constant ache and twitching in any part of my body along with heart palpitations and squeezing in throat irritates me a lot. It feels like sooner or later, I'll have a heart attack.
