For the past few days(3 days) I’ve been feeling a spinning sensation in my head during sleep, especially while dreaming or when I suddenly wake up. It feels like dizziness or movement inside my head. I’m not sure if it’s due to anxiety, tiredness, or my current medicine (Dedep Plus). Could this be a side effect, and can you please advise if I need to adjust the dose or take any tests? I'm using Dedep plus tablet last 3 days (doctor prescibed).

My mother has been facing with heart palpitations, dizziness for past 3 years. She is having migraine, tinnitus, sinus and anxiety issues. ECG readings are normal. She is having mild BP and taking medications for it. We have been visiting psychiatrist for past 2 years and could not find proper diagnosis yet and proper solution for this

Hi, I strongly suspect myself of having inattentive adhd, after multiple self-assesment tests, my life history etc. I'm looking to first get it officially diagnosed with proper standardized tests through an affordable online consultation (offline won't work for me). I'm also looking for a doc who has experience with diagnosing inattentive ADHD in adult women (which went undiagnosed since childhood due to "masking" & lack of awareness), and helping with non-medication strategies to cope with it (understanding hormonal issues and PMS/PMDD and anxiety (with panic attack & depression episodes) linked to it will be greatly helpful). Please guide me through the process.

I am on desvenlafaxine 25mg  for almost 1.5 years now..I tried to taper it I tried alternate day dosing it worked  then once in three days it didn't work.. I felt the symptoms again so i again went back to 25mg dose daily.. I need a taper idea

Hello Doctor, I have already taken Dedep Plus tablet (full tablet) for the past three days. After taking it, I feel very tired, fatigued, and have heaviness in my head throughout the day. I also feel dizziness sometimes and my sleep gets disturbed at night. Can I start taking only half a tablet daily at 7 PM from now on? Also, how long should I continue this medication to recover fully from anxiety or related symptoms?

I have taken 1 and a half tablets of Dedep Plus. After that, I started feeling headache, tiredness, and difficulty concentrating or reading letters on my mobile and in books. Because of these side effects, I stopped taking the tablet from yesterday. Please advise if I should continue or stop it completely, and if there is any mild alternative medicine that suits me better.

I’m currently taking Dedep Plus as prescribed. Since starting it, I’ve noticed that when I wake up, it’s very difficult to open my eyelids — they feel heavy, and I feel drowsy and tired in the morning. Earlier, I could open my eyes normally. Could this be due to the medicine? Would it be okay if I take half a tablet or change the timing (for example, around 6 or 7 pm) to reduce this morning heaviness?

I think I have OCD , whenever I start to overthink it take 1-2 days for me to be normal. I have fear of Rabies even though I have been vaccinated multiple times. Wherever I go I check for cats and dogs multiple times and if they pass from nearby I doubt if they have licked me or not and I go in loop pf overthinking and I check multiple times I am undergoing therapy I don't know which type of Doctor to consult please guide

I don't like anything else. I'm lazy person every time I am feel so tired, and sometimes I'm feeling finish my life. no one can understand my feelings and no one can understand my situation. Please help me if any solutions, sometimes suicide thoughts are coming

I had anxiety issue from last 3-4 months and since from initial days i have started using nexito and Clonazepam. Currently i am on only nexito 10mg from last 3 months. In between, i had some hypertension issue due to stress for which doctor suggested me Inderal LA 20mg and i am using it from last 4 days. He said to use for one month. Now i want to taper nexito 10mg and want to stop it. Since i am totally fine socially, professionally, personally. Except some sort of thoughts and anxiousness at certain times.
