I see that the medical shop keepers not giving medicines prescribed by psychiatrist even if there is prescription. It is also not available online(example.. Clonazepam, mirtazapine etc). In such case, how online consultation will work for psychological problems. Moreover, we can't skip or stop the medicines as well. So medicines are required throughout the course of treatment.. So how can /are you solve this problems for online consultation patients?

Does one lose sleep permanently or have sleep difficulties that are persistent after rtms 30 sessions? Does rtms cause any harm to the brain or cause sleep issues for ever? Please guide. I lost sleep after rtms treatment and if I take sedative antidepressants, I can sleep but without which, sleep doesn't come. Is there any harm to the brain areas due to rtms sessions that don't allow me to sleep or what? Please suggest. And i do not feel depressed or even anxiety.

I have been a severe OCD patient for 11 years, from 2014 to 2019 I take alprax 0.5, but I did not feel comfortable totally , so from 2019 to 2024, let's go to OCD medicine, my liver started to deteriorate again and again, SGPT 530 or SGOT 350, so I had to stop taking faloxmine paroxtine etizolam and clonozopam these medicines are not taking together change time to time in five years, but are not good for my liver. now I take alprax 0.5 again . now my liver is normal but ocd is severe again so please tell me is there any medicine that my liver does not deteriorate and my OCD anxiety is also become normal

In stress, anxiety, depression, gut issues, obsessive thinking etc, and use of psych meds for years and even rtms...post stopping, severe sleep loss for years etc. with other physical side effects etc...now facing breathing issues and memory and focus issues. Is there any loss of brain cells, damage to the brain cells, permanent harm to the memory areas, or loss of intelligence forever? Does anything like this occur or it is reversible? Please guide correctly. What steps can be taken to overcome this? Any forever loss of cells, abilities etc? Even diet was bad for years. Poor nutrition and lots of psych meds. Any harm to the nervous system? Looking forward to a hopeful answer that is scientifically correct...thanks

I have ocd. I was taking fluvoxin cr 100 mg twice a day and everything was good. Then my doctor increased the dose to 250 mg a day.  i took 250 mg for 4 days and my ocd increased. So i stopped taking 250 mg and switched back to taking 100 mg twice a day. Now it has been 5 days since i am taking 100 mg twice a day but after taking 100 mg at daytime my body feels very weak and i have head pain. Why is this happening?  How to cure?

Hi dear doctors, I have been on medicine for more than a year. I am a type 1 diabetic for 12 years. My weight has also increased to 100kgs. My medicines are Mirtaz 7.5, Nexito 20, Lamitor od 100, Sizodon LS (risperidone)  And Oxetol 150. I feel that I am having alot of medicines that is why asking for a second opinion. The psychiatrist described MAD but I feel they have given medicines on the basis of symptoms and they don't know what exactly I am facing. Even after taking mirtaz at 8:30 pm, I wake up at night and my sleep is in pieces (this has happened 2 times), My memory is also deteriorating. When I wake up at night even after taking medicines, I take extra mirtazapine and Lorazepam. I feel  Please advice.

I am used paxidep 12.5 for 3 Month after that paxidep 25 mg for 6 months as per doctor prescribed. Then i am feeling well and not used any medicine for 1 yrs. Again after 1 years I am feeling anxiety and Stress when I am working in office. Always throught coming only worries about health. Like chest pain, body inbalance for sometime and when I feel myself not worry it's anxiety & my report are normal. I am trying myself to control, then getting relax. I am started taking paxidep 12.5 as per doctor prescribed. My question is how many days should I use paxidep 12.5 medicine. Is long term use safe. When I will be come out from Anxiety permanently. Kindly suggest me, your answer will helpful for me. Why happening anxiety and how should control nervous system ourselves.

Hello Sir and Ma'am, On Diva od 500 for BPAD from October 2025,recently having side effects like hair fall and weight gain. Pls suggest any other meds or any way forward to stop the same. Regards

Doctor has prescribe resperidone 2mg . I have heard it increase prolactin in female. And my Atpd is fully cured so what should I do.
