Hey This needs proper psychiatric evaluation soon. Sudden leaving home, saying God is calling him, not eating, poor hygiene, and change in behaviour can happen in conditions like psychosis, mania, severe stress reaction, or other mental health episodes. Even if he talks normally at times, these symptoms should not be ignored. Please avoid arguing about his beliefs or forcing logic right now. Stay calm, keep someone with him, ensure food, water and safety, and take him to a psychiatrist or nearest mental health hospital as early as possible. Early treatment often helps a lot. If he becomes aggressive, confused, refuses all food, or tries to leave again, seek urgent emergency help immediately. For therapy contact nine two six six seven two six zero six five
