All time, I feel very tired my diet is good enough then also i feel very weak i m not able to do lots of work cz after sometime feeling restless and i hv so many sleepless night I hv headache also In d free time some negative thoughts comes in mind and after that so many things walk in my mind that makes me angry, short tempered I m not taking any medicines now for it Suggest me wht can i do..??

I have been suffering the problem for years, not totolly cant sleep, just the sleep quality is terrible. everytime feel like i didnt sleep at all. of coz sometimes i lost it too.

I've been prescribed inspiral 20mg. But I feel very tired and crashed post that what may I do to prevent such a thing? Also is it okay if I take this drug whenever I want to study or should I prolong it for a month?the effect of feeling better is only for 1 hour. Is there a better drug than this to decrease my adhd symptoms? Don't we have Adderall in India since I was prescribed that in the states.

Hello doctor... I have my daughter of 6 years. She is very bright but most of the times she gets naughtier infact irritable. She behaves irritably. She cries or speak a loud to get her things done. Though she is very bright but i feel she's very sensitive as if I pamper my younger son that time she feels bad and cries. Or if i praise someone then also she feels insecure. For which i started praising her more or if i am praising someone else i praise her too at the same time to balance her state of mind. But sometime loosened patience of mine I scold her a lot and that distubs me too. Please advise me the best way to deal with her.

I took a fat burner pill around 10 days ago which triggered a panic attack and caused allergy...i took allegra 180 mg for allergy and have been taking ciplar 10 and cloze 0.25.Even after taking these medicines i have been experiencing fear and sudden panic attacks or whatever it is which is very fightening..what should i do??

I had been diagnosed with depression as a cause of my sleeplessness about three years back and was prescribed Escitalopram oxalate 10 mg( Feliz -s 10) one tablet daily. However, I forget to take them once or twice in a week. I have moved from my city where I had consulted my psychiatrist and since I had no access to him I was afraid that discontinuimg them would cause problems. My problems of sleepless ness however now seem to be corrected. I have another problems which are not associated to this, like smoking( which I'm trying to quit) and mild mitral valve prolapse with trivial mitral regurgitation. I would appreciate if someone advises me how to take this forward, as in should I consult a new psychiatrist, or should I discontinue them on my own. I have heard that yoga can help in this respect, so should I adopt a yoga routine and give up on such medicines. Please advise. Thanks

I worked out on why I had a problem... although we had many different opinions we would join with one single opinion...and go with it....I am not able to come out of it....all the time k am like thinking of her....I know may be days ll heal this.... But am not sure...I feel like calling her ....and all..but....am.not able too...what should I do..??
