Is smoking weed i.e. marijuana not very harmful? I have heard from a lot of people saying that it's not as bad and it has a few health benefits too. It doesn't cause harm to your body in any way. Is this true?

I feel isolated and cannot concentrate on anything and feel depressed always.I feel so alone and disintresting.

I had been diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety around a year ago. I had some improvements over time and things are fairly stable. However, negative thought patterns are still present and affecting daily life activities somehow. I am struggling to start CBT on own and honestly going to Psychiatrist appointment seems difficult in the new town especially when the stress and physical symptoms of depression and anxiety are minimal. Does CBT seem most helpful in this case.? What may be the most helpful ways to START with CBT ?

For a few years now, I have had issues remembering people's names. I didn't take it very seriously since I meet too many people daily. But off late I'm unable to recall names of people who were a part of my life and or names of things that I used on regular basis. I'm 27 so I know this isnt normal, so can someone people suggest what seems to be the issue?
