Hi doctor I have not slept nicely in two months and would like to get to the bottom of this. I have troed a lot of methods but I keep on waking up. I also worry a lot and am putting on weight. Please let me know what works

Dear Doc, I am Less Spoken Shy & Low Confidence guy. I took Baryta Carb 200 & Gelsemium Gel 30C for Confidence and it worked like miracle. I got over shyness & Confidence increased so much , Happiness smartness & become talkative. I discontinue to take medicine since i was told to stop if your symptoms removed. I am suffering from Melasma too so i took remedy for it as well & Homeopath gave me Caulliphyllum 30 & Sepia 0/30 after taking it for 15 days i had lost confidence as i got from previous remedy & i became again shy less spoken low confidence guy neither Melasma improved. than i am seeking help to gain confidence & get rid of shyness,anxiety i have tried lot of medicine in between like again repetion of Baryta 200 & Gel 30 than baryta 1M then belladonaa 200 & Nux Vomica 200, Kali Phos, Lyco 30, Baryta 30,Arsenicum Album 30 . Now I am trying to nullify all effects of Homeopathic remedy since i feel like strain in mind.( I had taken all remedy online consultation)

I recently failed my exam and I don't know if it's because of that but I get very annoyed this days with everyone ...I get upset in small things. I don't feel like talking to anyone..it's annoying. Life's getting harder with my parents...can't deal with them anymore. Things are going out of my hand..I am very stressed right now...Please help me

My friend doesn't listen to me when I'm talking to him he's thinking about something else. While speaking in phone suddenly he stop talking for few mins and then telling me that he forgot that we were talking on that time He was thinking about his work, tomorrows planning and suddenly he was blank he can't remember his daily login password in office. I don't know what it is ? And these symptoms are like ADHD attention deficit hyperactive disorder. But I'm not sure.

Been suffering from severe anxiety since childhood, have a lot of issues connecting with people. Don't know if I'm dealing with some sort of clinical depression, I'm a bit short tempered and get demotivated really quickly when people disapprove with me always.

She is not able to sleep properly she taking medicine bt she is not and she also suffered from the back pain and diabetes and blood pressure also. She thinks lots of useless things that affect on her mind that's why after taking medicine she can't take at least 4 hrs sleep she taking treatment from the neurologist bt that didn't affect

I went through a period of extreme stress, and started feeling detached from everything around me, and everyone around me. Almost as if I were in a dream or something. For the past few days, I am feeling scared and startled by everything that makes a noise. The sound of a bird chirping, a fan moving, everyday sounds are unbearable. I get scared by cars and trucks moving around- for no reason!!! What is happening to me?

I broke up with my girlfriend and she is dating someone else and i really want her back i am going through panic attacks

I can't sleep at night..if i go to bed at 11pm..i fall asleep around 2 to 3 am...if i get up around 7 to 8 am then the whole day i feel heavy...burning eyes...lack of concentration...sleepy etc . but if i get up around 12 pm...then i feel good and fresh...actually i get good sleep from 4 am to 12pm..so is it my sleep cycle changed or is it some other sleep related problem?

I am suffering from negative thoughts, sleep deprivation, behavioral problems, short tempered, all these problems i got after being mother. I am not satisfied with my life. Motherhood seems tough to me.
