Hi doctors...i posted a querry few days back also regarding alcohol cravings...the solutions were very helpful and they are helping me reduce my cravings but i have not been able to fully over come it..I've been taking medicines that were earlier prescibed to me..i still drink but in a very less amount...the problem now is that i have started to prespire more and my body becomes very hot from inside...and my hands shake, and sometimes my body too...and anxiety too...please help Thank You

Hi sir/madam my mother at present use Trapex 1 mg and Oleanz 2.5 mg for the cause. Suddenly a gap of 5days occurred due to the unavailability of medicine trapex. She is feeling Irritated , fear and stressed. Unnecessary thoughts at nights . These dosage is from past >15 years for making calm the mind. Please provide a solution that cures in a good and economy manner.

My cousin who is 30 seems to suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder. He has unexplained fears and at times keeps on repeating the same activity. He has also developed an affinity to odd numbers. For instance he counts the number of words in each line and makes sure that the count is odd, counts the number of tiles while walking. It seems he had such problems from childhood. But it seems he is able to control his behavior to an extent these days. Do we need to take him to a doctor ? Will he need to take medicines or will a counselling help? Will he go into depression if this condition is not treated ?

Shouting,dont listen,feels somobedy heating , do not sleep, dont understand , trying to kill . harm herself or others, this is because of i married 2nd wife as she was trying to conceive but not succeded, hate my 2nd wiofes kids but loves other friends kids and if dont see them feel something missing , unwell , take care of those childs , insisting to divorce to 2nd wife , but cant cos we have 2 kids from 2nd wife, I dont want to loose both. shee feel sombody making black magic for her, she is diabetics also , beating me or trying to leave house in night , dont want to visit for mental treatment , frequently looking one direction and unable to listen, crying when feel somebody harming her, while cooking cant concentrate. This is since 3 years neither she sleeps well nor me. I am affraid she can wake up do anything to harm /kill herself or me. we are 2 only statying at home. Need to show her salary statement , if see aI am calling anybody , think that I am calling to 2nd wife.

I have a lot of confusion in my i know everything i dont written anything in the paper in daily day also i very confused for some particular things or some particular issues is it common to everybody or it is a syndrome

My friend recommended me Alprax 1mg for medication for anti-anxiety and anti-depression. Is this medicine good? I have tried all exercises and yoga buy nothing could help me at all. I even visited few doctors I have to take medicine for the cure Someone suggested me Xanax, but it's not available in india, it's available under various different names and effects. Please suggest me some alternative to Xanax. I'll he grateful

Since last 4 days, it seems she is under depression. She talks something differently such as worthlessness of life, negative thoughts. She is illiterate lady. Please help

One of my friend had gone to other Country for edu where he had some smoke and bear. But from that time he started feeling nervous he was not eating, not sleeping n not commu with his family for 1 mnth. he was taken to the hospital and was treated with ETC. After the treatment he ws bought to India when he was quite calm but constantly feeling threatened that someone will harm him. He used to say the ppl outside are not normal and they will harm me. or sometimes like people are fake n doing acting. he used to ask many to his family that will he be alright throughout his life and not be harmed by anyone. He was always a guy who has few frds and nvr fully opens up. His confidence was lost and had some bizarre dellusions. This went on for 4 mths aftrwrds he slowly started shwing progress and now its been almost 6 mnths hes becm normal like b4 with no threat & no delusn. He ws Not on any medicines for 6 mnt. . will he be fine forever or we/his family need to take any precautions??

Cannot sleep properly due to thought process and very excessive hair fall.m daily gym and yoga doing person.with healthy body.
