/frequent-urination-feelin-irritable-bladder-syndrome-with-anxiety-disorder-i-feel-to-go-frequent-urination-feeling . Dr given Desvenlafaxine 50mg daily 1 tab for 10 days. I used only one day, I got severe sweating and acidity problem. Then I stopped it. I have Tachycardia problem last one year and using Concor 1.25mg daily in the morning. I don't have BP, Sugar, thyroid. I drink alcohol regularly 4pegs. Pl advice

try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
