Hi Doctor, I have developed this issues of getting scared of anything/everything. I get scared when my phone rings, when the door bell rings. I get scared of my professional/personal success. There are lots of scenarios when I get this weird fear sensation. I feel this fear sensation in my stomach and chest which has made my day to day life very miserable. Please help.

Hello doctors, I got married in 2014 March. I notice abnormal behavior with my husbands. His behaviour changes every minute. Sometimes in angerness he starts beating me next minute he says I beated him. Sometimes he say he ll kill me n d child n he ll suicide. Suddenly normal arguments turns violent and asks me to leave the home. Next minute he says not to leave. I fear bec of his abnormalities. Is there any solution? If possible I'm ready to come for a counselling as he is scared to meet a psychiatrist. I really dono whether to live with him or not.

I am having a relationship with a guy for last 8months. This is a long distance relationship. Things started with me feeling insecure that wheather he will marry me or not. previously i had 3 failed relationships. Although this guy always said that if things goes right he will marry me. but i feel very restless and i start making unnecessary issues out of simple things. Now the problem between us had reached to a level where he is talking about quitting this whenever we quarrell. i love him, and i dnt want to loose him. What shall i do to bring calmness in myself and to this relationship ? Please advise.

Hello doctor, I suddenly get up with shock several times when I'm sleeping. And my heart beats very fast and loud when I get up. Then I immediately start searching my mobile first and other things next. After that, again I sleep and again this happens. It happens everyday. I don't have any breathing problem. I don't get bad dreams. Will I have any other health issues because of this. Please help.

Feeling depressed and fear of death almost daily it attacks the full of junk of negative thoughts which are uncontrollable please help and advice

Yesterday my felt dizziness and today she is feeling very weak. Did she is feeling weak because of the dizziness? is there any connection between her yesterday's dizziness and today's weakness? is there anything to trouble?

My mother keep cursing some of the members of our joint family everyday. She keep thinking about the past, mostly the bad experiences she has had with her in-laws.
