Fear anxiety
I Am Mohammed Age 24 I have fear anxiety feel afraid what will be happens due to which my breeding will get slow, hands and legs feel as weakness some times I won't talk properly due to fear but i Am working in bpo sector I have family problems like all others has as it normal...Please I need help?

i think you have some issues with stress management
agreed that family problems exist for all but why some suffer
some of the reasons could be that one is using poor coping skills, has a negative cognitive assessment of the situation, or some are as a personality more prone to get anxious. in any case one needs to get a professional assessment . especially so since it is affecting your functioning. you can expect to be helped with your symptoms to a large extent by consulting a psychiatrist
