When I go to sleep Ii feel uncomfortable and irritating and different thoughts are coming sir can I take zaptra25

My 23 years son is not done his study properly & he is misbehaving with family members & others, he may be addicted of smoking & bad habits. he don't want to do any work @ home & don't want to do any job.

I have lack of energy. Interrupted sleep. Mental health condition is not good. Always scared and fatigue feeling.Nothing seems to me good.Despite of taking medicine I couldn't find myself 100 percent better. Panic disorder is very severe and painful. So how can I get my mental health improved and lead my life comparitively better.

Should I take apple cider vinegar daily if I have stress headache ? Will fish oil be useful ? Please tell

Before I board a plane, I always get light headed and dizzy. As the plane begins to taxi and during takeoff I get very sweaty 15mins into flight. Then any sudden movement and I will start panicking - I sometimes imagine ridiculous scenarios such as planes crashing into us. Is there anything I can take which will help me sleep or ease my anxiety

I have been suffering with PMDD and anger/low mood on and off for quite awhile now. I was put on Fluoxitine but it made my headaches worse and I didn't feel much affect. I took gabapentin for my back and my mood is GREAT! I'm happy, socialable and patient. Can I get prescribed gabapentin for my moods? I finally feel normal and happy consistenty.

I was having neurocystecrosis before 1year and before 5 months i have done my mri and the report show complete resolution of problem.. but i am taking a medicine of epsulin as an 3 years course and as described above.. i have taken this from one year 3tabs 100mg each(300mg) and 2 year med is still left.. can i take moderate alchol or cigg??

Since I was a kid I have a weird habit of restarting a task over and over again. I can't play a game, read a book or watch any series because of it. No matter how hard I try. I still return to my old patterns.

I took modafinil 200mg a few hours ago...I did sleep as well then and it has no effects on me...I took it for the first time due to excessive sleepiness during the day
