Mental Health

I am being treated for PTSD, epilepsy and touretts and a few minor diseases and I feel that, since being diagnosed, I have been "over medicated"and I would like an opinion? I am on: Zoxadon, Valdoxane, Serdep, Epitec, Ferrimed, Zopax, Zolpidem, Calciferol, Movicol, Sandoz Omeprazole... Not even mentioning the "supplements"that I have to take.

I think I am depressed. It's affecting my relationships and to a certain extent my daily life. But I am unable to reach out for help. I fear going to a counsellor for two main factors : I don't think I can open up to a stranger and I think counselling will not help me. I don't know where to go from here.

I've been sleeping problem n everything in my mind is irritating me and i evn cn't undrstand things properly and i feel failure n afraid of doing things get ruined. I want to be happy n i tried but its not working i get irritated of intracting peoples. Smtym i get happy n next a sec i get angry n start crying

I've been experiencing chest pains for 2 months. And sometimes it comes with headaches. Everyday my chest literally hurts. It triggered when stressfull things happened all at the same time. Does it have something to do with depression or anxiety? HOW do I know if I have anxiety or depression?

I am 32yrs old,I have pcod,married since last two years,due to pcod &hormonal imbalance,I am not able to conceive, doctors told me to reduce weight,but I am not able to reduce it.Whenever I get a chance to eat,I am eating something.I am happy while eating,bt once I stopped,i felt very bad abt myself.I am alone & thought of dying always.kimdly help

I'm suffering from head ache randomly 4-5 times in a month. In past doctors told it was due to load on eye and they gave spectacle, I used that 2-3 year then I left. Still my eye side are ok but I can't understand this head ache is due to which cause. Is it migraine or due to tension. Generally i use Nice tablet for its cure. Kindly help me
