I hit myself
I'm generally a funny guy and I crack jokes while in office also. I alway try to keep smile on my face but when I get angry while having some disputes with my wife then I start hitting myself on my head. I hit my head on wall and sometimes think about suicide also. Sometimes I breaks the home appliances like phone, computer etc. I feel hopeless that time and think that how I'll survive the whole life while our thinking is different. Please suggest some solution for this.
