Hello I am suffering from head ache irritability low enthusiasm fear of loosing and high heart beat.

My brain nerves is streaching and feeling a thightness toward my nose nd ear nerves and it feel like something very heavy on my head

Shortness of breath, treamendous hearybeat,feeling very tierd any time, limbs get cold and become sweaty

Hello dr i m an engineering student not brainy bt average in studies. I feel that i have become sadist because i think a lot and i always focus on the negative side of situation. It is like i love crying coz it makes me feel good! My boyfrnd is also fed up wid me telling dat i need some help. As i react very weird at tyms. Please help me

He do all the work happily when the matter comes to read and write he is not at all show intrest he say no i am not intersted in read and write. He goes to school but he will not right and come. He is 12 years old.

Ever since I remember my self I have this hesitation ,tension since childhood ..I din't ask even my mom food when I was hungry..I was silent I dint open my mouth for many things because of my father is an angry person so much violence in the home.i don't sleep well , I dint eat well till 25 years. Now I am working , socialising, I came to understand about my self that I have poor concentration , confused mind , low self esteem,sensitive. Recently I got chest pain because of family problems I had many sleeplessness nights..nw getting sleep nly 5 hours , getting light headache ,2 years back doctor told me that I have muscle cramps..I started doing yoga when I find time..I want to sleep more .. what is the solution for all my problems..

My 10 yrs old daughter stubborn, not giving respect to parents and even not caring for any advice and she has small baby 8 months sister. She handles her very roughly but she says that she lives her sister very much. Please let us know what to do. Kindly advice. Thanking you, Regards, Chaitrika.

Sir I'm having an child aged 15yrs studying 10th.2yrs back has expired after that day onwards my child is making things worst to me.she always put affairs with any kind of guys.talking in ph at last night's,chatting on online,nd not having any concentration on studies nd lying for every small thing.this makes me terrible.which doctor I have to take

I am using clozapine 50 mg since 6 years.at the present time I am in delhi.and my doctor lives in Gorakhpur . I can not consult him.my problem is that I fell very slow in morning. Is there any suggestions so that I become energetic in morning.please help me
