Feeling sick/vomit nervousness
Have the fear of feeling like im goin to be sick/vomit when i go out with ppl. I get super nervous and always try to avoid going out to eat usually with friends. Recently when i was about to go to the beach with friends. My heart started pounding, i started gaging and i felt like i was about to throw up. I need help on wht to do

I would suggest you see a counselor, try focusing on your friends when you go out instead of focusing on your sickness. If you're unable to, concentrate very hard and bring your focus back, this will give you a distraction, you can also start listening to your favourite songs for distracting your mind. Do this for a couple of times and soon you will be able to cope with the same.

Hello dear, I can empathize with you..As per description provided by you you might be suffering from social anxiety disorder ?...How do you feel when going out alone, since when you are facing this problem, does meeting with guests at home also arouse such symptoms...with all information and more gathered you should visit a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...
