Have addiction to dirty videos,want to get rid off it.I tried myself but no able to escape.Need some help

I have been having severe frontal headache with insomnia for almost one week. I work in front of desktop for nine hours a day. Please suggest me some tips to overcome this, especially insomnia.

I feel confusion, anxiety and overthinking has taken a toll on me.no social life!!! I am drowning in thoughts and I lose my temper if the things don't go my way!!!

I m undergoing a very bad phase with depression and frustration. I have lots of pressure and xpectations at home. Thus loosing my temper also

Shrikant sir! exactly you have said.I have been suffering from acute headache daily due the anxiety & stress in my job on account of seniors pressure .If seniora now behave good still previous fear regarding them don't vanish & I am in fear because I don't tolerate domination .

Sir ,I had gone to psychiatrist before 10 days .He has prescribed me Tab.Feliz & Etizoram for 1 month & I have been taking tablets. But headache is uncontrollable for me .What to do?

I quit taking lexapro cold turkey and started taking risperidone and now im having bad withdrawals . if i take my lexapro again will it go away and can i take both lexapro and risperdone at the same time?

I have no idea from what I am suffering from I know I am doing wrong or something but not able to focus ..

My mother is about 42 yrs n behaving oddly these days. she always argues with my father and expects sympathy from us. she has a medical problem and she is not ready to consult a doctor. we are trying to convince her from 2 years. she tells that i will not spend your money for my own cause. with some r other reason there ll be quarell with my dad.

I have all the symptoms to histrionic personality disorder and i really need medical supervision this has started to affect my life really bad! I need a cheap and helpful solution because i cannot share this with my family!
