My son is cut the written words 2 to 3 times while writing. The spelling is right and still he cuts/crosses the word. This happens at lease once in a page. He is 12 year old and studying in 7th class.

My 5 yo child is hitting/yelling at kids who disagree with her or who bully/tease. I have anger issues too and I hit her a lot; my partner does the same.If we stop hitting her completely, will she actually change?Because of this hitting attitude, she hardly has any friends.How can I teach her to control her anger?

Result into low energy, headache, feel sleepy, annoyed. Difficult to focus. Low concentration while studying. Difficult to take decision. Low confidence. Fear of losing everything.

Have the fear of feeling like im goin to be sick/vomit when i go out with ppl. I get super nervous and always try to avoid going out to eat usually with friends. I'm not entirely sure if this is depression all i know is that if i dont talk to someone or a therapist about this NOW i will lose my shit completely and explode

I hv been dependent on others and i am not able to find my way out. I want a doctor who can under my situation and help me to get out of it... I have been having consistent lows for the past 1.5 months or more. Self-esteem issues. Trouble in concentrating in work. Overthinking. Constantly feeling bad and indebted to people around me.

Earlier it was depression,anxiety and headache but now taking medicines so anxiety and depression has gone but headache is still there . Currently medicines are Dayo 700, Quetipine 50, Kimitrip , Lurakem40

I take Ativan 1mg thrice a week for an anxiety and panic disorder stage 2. I lost my prescription and I've relocated to a new city. Got a panic attack this morning. Need help recovering. Need help in order to get the same medicine once again. Can't cope.

When we had second child elder one started feeling unsafe, though we read many books on child psycology, mental health, had discussions, shared others exp. but while implementing we lack something which impacts my elder child. After whole day working in office feel stressed and it slightly impacts child. Need solution to open up elder child
