Extreme fear & Anxiety
Right from my childhood am suffering from severe anxiety & fear. It all started from gaining the Knowledge on our boby anatomy. I started reading books on disease, am I got more involved to it. As days went I started to reflect many symptoms which I read on books. I started developing multiple symptoms. Even my body acted in the same way.

The first thing is to stop reading about such things. Get a hobby and force yourself to try and see the positive things in your surroundings. Make new friends and if you're really that interested in reading, try reading fiction. Also try not getting so much involved in everything. Concentrate more on hour work. For anxiety, I would suggest meditate once a day, this will help you focus and give a clear understanding of your fear and / or anxiety
