My friend who was diagnosed with manic depression recently faced a complete breakdown. He is mumbling incoherently, getting aggressive and cannot function normally. He has been a regular user of weed. The doctor he is seeing right now seems to think that his mental state was caused by weed and that he has psychosis. Is this a logical conclusion?

Last night I had sleep parylasis after waking up around 3:45 and fell back asleap around 4:30. Felt like I was crushed and I couldn't move. There was a very loud whooshing sound in my ears and I could hear people whispering in the background. Was hard to breather and I was super panicked. My heart was beating out of my chest. Lasted 10-20 seconds.

I'm 16 years old. I have a tough time concentrating at school. I've always been this way but wasn't much of a problem. Now, I guess this has to be taken care of. I'm easily distracted. I zone out way too often. I tend to forget what I've learnt. I procrastinate a lot. Sometimes I have trouble reading a book. As in, I tend to ignore spellings.

My problem is related to my wife behavior. she is 28 now and married with me since June 2014. she have developed hatred for my family since marriage and now we stay away from family in different rented home since Feb 2016 when fights and cries were daily. now she is a bit better, but still whenever she and I have a talk in my family, we have a fight despite it being a very silly point just to be neglected. she use to be an aerobic performer and a sporty person before marriage, but now gained 30 kg weight. now she is a mother of 5 months old child delivered by Caesarean section in Jan 2017. most time she tries to keep her busy but on topic of mom dad and family she gets upset, and stop talking to me .. I try to explain her to neglect things but she continue to think and over think. she also start thinking that when she would go to her mom home, I would be pulled to their side in her absence. lot more things which I think is not intentional from her side , but she is now biased for same

I have anger issues, getting irritated easily, looking hope and confidence issue. I think I'm suffering through depression, feel like giving up on everything

I Tried suicide twice in 2015 after a relationship failure. Was treated and counselled for depression for a few months. Was ok thereafter but not perfectly ok. I again get suicidal thoughts frequently. I was recently in a relationship with a guy and whenever we have quarrel or some misunderstanding.. I again get depressed.

He has been diagnosed as complex partial seizure and postictal psychosis, platelet count 20,000 only, taking Injection olanzapine 405 mg once monthly, T haloperidol 15mg/ d since last 1 yr.

Hi i am planning for a baby.. Its been a 5yrs of marriage I had one miscarriage of 5month. Also I lost my mom 2yrs back ... N also my sis.. I feel I am not well all the time. Feel empty n lazy... I m frustrated n mentally disturbed.
