General Anxiety Disorder
Hello , Since the past 4 days i have been experiencing sudden anxiety attacks. When it happens, my hand muscles start feeling wobbly and kind of tightened. When it first happened , i was having acidity and it was a bit painful to the extreme left of my chest. I googled and it made me very anxious that it might be a heart related problem. But i ignored it for the first day. The second day i started feeling dizzy and panicked and went to a nearby doctor at 3 am in the morning. The doctor checked my pulse, blood pressure and heartbeat and said everything was normal and that I was suffering from anxiety and he gave me a tablet and asked me to sleep after having it. The next day the symptoms receded but for the past two days they have come back again. It's a sudden wobbly feeling of the muscles and a dizzy feeling and i get very anxious that i may pass out and would be unable to receive help. Can you please help me out with this and guide me who to consult and how serious it might be ?

Anxiety is a common disease today.u need to learn how to desl with it.over protection,overcautiousness, too much worry,emotional cause etc are the main cause behind it. Too muxh mental pressure also a cause.today society is too fast,all are running towards money,fame spotlight. But u must learn properly,be good to others,having good behavior, work and study hard then ur career must flourished. But it takes time,there is no shortcut to reach success. but we are all running  towards a shortcut and failed. Also consult psychologist to take some counselling sessions.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
