Im suffering form migraine and PCOS .i feel very depressed. I jst cant control my anger nd rgen cry.i feel like killing myself.i dnt like to talk to ny one when im upset or sad.i need love freedom..i want a nuclear family. Fedup with ghe inlaws..when people dnt understand my problem my feelings i feed very bad and angry at the same time.

What kind of meditation & breathing exercises should be done minimise stress-headache & stress & anxiety ?

Earlier he was diagnosed at kk sinha but till now he is unable to concentrate on study . He don't want to study anymore but this time he has to appear for board examination
