Stress management
Nowadays i feel a bit stressed all the time. I have mood swings. I get angry and irritated very soon. Sometimes i feel very sad and sometimes fine and positive. There is a constant headec that is mild but i feel so heavy in my head. From last 3 to 4 months i have been experiencing behavioural change in me like getting irritated and react angrily. I am facing some personal issues from 1st jan 2017 which is according to me i am handling well but i feel because of that and some career issues i get frustated. My mother is schizophrenic so i am worried i might be like her. I really dont want to be like her. Am i actually depressed or its just a fear or its normal due to handling some issues going in my life???I know everything will be alright and its gonna be over and good days will be back. I know my mental state is fine but still cause i feel change in myself i am worried..
