I feel like crying always . And feel like ending my life . As I think that no body needs me I am unwanted and bcoz of this people always take me for granted . Hence pls suggest me a way out . So that I should also feel happy .

I am having a weird headache issue, it starts up suddenly seems like something is squeezing inside the left side of the brain.

Sir I have ocd and I got it know 4year ago, and I gone through medication for 1 year on and off then and through counsellig for 1 and half year but my psychologist went abroad so could not continue it. now I have not much anxieties but steal have time wasting thoughts and some others symptoms of ocd. I read in internet that I should live with anxiety that may increase my tolerance level. So should I repeatedly provoke myself for any okward thinking ? or only by work I can increase my anxieties? pls tell me

I have this problem for last one year. 24×7 I feel heavyness around my head specially at forehead and back head. Besides this I can not think properly. In fact now in don't feel migraine attach.

I took 0.25mg of xanax 2 hours ago due to a panic attack. Is it dangerous to take unisom now? I have trouble sleeping and normally take unisom before bed. I rarely take xanax and just would like to make sure.
