From the past 2 years, I was on sertaline 100 mg in the morning and clonazepam 1mg + etizolam 0.5 . Now my doctor tapered off clonazepam 1mg so I am facing acid reflux, constipation, vomiting sensation and more side effects and my suicidal thoughts and social anxiety are increasing. I cannot go out in the evening as my anxiety worsens. My mother is suggesting to go to homeopathy there is no scientific proof that homeopathy works. Do homeopathy really have alternatives for clonazepam.

Iam diagnosis with ocd currently I am taking uvox 200mg daily .uvox is expensive. .Can I be able to switch to fluvoxin of sun Pharma . Is there any problem ? Same compound. ? Please help

I am taking venlor xr37.5 for 5 years for depression and anxiety.my doctor said to take on alternative days for 40 days and stop the medicine.but I get severe brain fog and electric zaps of i miss my dose for a day.so I tried spilling half of the pillets in the venlor xr 37.5 capsule and taking it.is it sustainable and safe to take like that i.e spilling the half pillets in tablet and taking it.

My name is Najmin and I'm 28  and unmarried. My elder brother is suffering from mental illness since last 6 years, he always use abusive language and curse my parents. He is now 35 and till now he hasn't worked anywhere. We tried to help him alot but everytime he shouts at us about all his past mistakes and verbally abuses everyone. He sleeps everyday at midnight and wakes up at noon 12pm . He entirely spends all his time either by playing games on phone or taking nap. He doesn't even take bath for several days, doesn't make his bed in the morning, he hasn't any got any haircut since months. I guess he is suffering from Schizophrenia. He would never agree for any help also. I'm so distributed by his behaviour, I lose my apetite for days is he comes up with any issue, I have made safe space and living alone but is till get flashbacks of him shouting and verbally abusing me I'm financially taking care of my parents and managing work life. Where do I seek help please guide
