Feeling uncomfortable
If someone tease me or just kidding me i can't tolerate that pain. I am always alone.. My main problem is fear. I had a lots of insults and painful experiance in my past. I think that's the reason i am sad now a days also. I can't mingle with friends. Some friend's are very funny speech. But i always hate loose talks, that i can't tell them. I can't change people but i can manage those people in their way. But i can't.. I am losing my control. I am doing field work so i am not getting hurt. If i chose office work means defenetly i will die, because colleagues makes funs thats hurts me. I got an offer from my statehead Assistant manager post because of my performance. I just ignore it, because of fear. Office staffs are the reason for this ignorance. I have very less friend's only. Is there any medicine to become mentally strong.. Please suggest me.. I have to take things casualy without fear. I am happy now because i am alone. If i join with friends then that day become dark. 🫤

Panic attack
I am a housewife and I've been experiencing panic attacks for the past 3 years. In my childhood, I faced some disturbances , but I'm not sure if they were panic attacks. After giving birth to my son, I went through postnatal depression and received treatment for six months. Since then, I have been dealing with ongoing panic attack issues.
The stress of taking care of my son, supporting the family, and a lack of financial stability and moral support has made it difficult for me to seek treatment. Recently, I relocated to Pune due to my husband's job, and my panic attacks have become more severe. I'm now experiencing panic attacks two to three times a day, with each episode lasting around 30 minutes or more.
I'm unsure about the best treatment approach for my situation. Is this a severe case? Should I consult a psychologist and a psychiatrist? What is the most effective treatment, medication, or therapy? Can any doctor suggest the right course of treatment?
