Hi my baby is 24 days old he doesn't take any medicines, please suggest how can I make him have medicines, do I mix it with milk ?, he dislikes vitamin D3 the most as soon I start with the medicine he tries to cough or choke after having it

My name is Najmin and I'm 28  and unmarried. My elder brother is suffering from mental illness since last 6 years, he always use abusive language and curse my parents. He is now 35 and till now he hasn't worked anywhere. We tried to help him alot but everytime he shouts at us about all his past mistakes and verbally abuses everyone. He sleeps everyday at midnight and wakes up at noon 12pm . He entirely spends all his time either by playing games on phone or taking nap. He doesn't even take bath for several days, doesn't make his bed in the morning, he hasn't any got any haircut since months. I guess he is suffering from Schizophrenia. He would never agree for any help also. I'm so distributed by his behaviour, I lose my apetite for days is he comes up with any issue, I have made safe space and living alone but is till get flashbacks of him shouting and verbally abusing me I'm financially taking care of my parents and managing work life. Where do I seek help please guide

I'm feeling so down for many weeks I don't have the motivation to do anything I just feel like surviving and I've ocd too It would be good if I can get some advice on how to do better I would like to connect with some psych too

I am having anxiety and panic attacks,fear of going outside the house for long time or at open places like playground, beaches,etc. How can I overcome all these things? It's been 7 years and I am not able to focus on anything. Have been mostly jobless in these time due to stress. I am 26 years old. I was doing engineering but dropped out after diploma, couldn't complete degree.

He is under treatment in CIP RANCHI for depression. They are providing councelling. They just increase medicine dose Daily he is taking 2200 mg of medicine He has only a problem of fear with croud.

Washing hand for 2 to 3 hour, don't want to touch anything in home, but outside no any issue. Not eating and drinking water by herself. Not touch any family members.

I am on sertaline 100 mg in the morning and thenopam pro 0.5 (etizolam 0.5 + 20 propanol) . Why does anti-depressant help for 2 hours. By evening anxiety worsens so much that I can't go outside or talk to people nor exercise. I feel like I should be in a locked room not watched by anyone. Even anti depressants affect sleep.

Washing hand 2 hour continue, not touched in anyone in home, but outside ok, nothing touched any items in inside home

Mobile screen or any plane surface look and feel like curved...even when my eyes closed the surface feel like curved is this eye problem or any psychological problem
