Antidepressent like olisur f5
Sir, I m taking olisur f5 from 3months and from last 1 month i took half tablet in night. I did lft and sgpt comes 68 and ALP comes 175. Is olisur increase alp and sgpt. I m very tense plz reply. Will it cause liver disease?

Hello, the combination medication which you are taking may rarely elevate liver enzymes, but there are  other causes to it also like alcohol consumption,active infection,sepsis, etc.
Next Steps
Repeat your LFT test after a week and consult.so, the doctor can assess the need for continuing medication.

Increase in liver enzymes came be due to various reasons. It needs to be further evaluated and not categorically construed as due to medications or otherwise. Consult your psychiatrist in person and proceed further. Good luck
