Sir, Ealier i was on ativan 2 mg in night and feel very depressed, very much anxiety, suicidal thought, weight loss, blurred speech and vision, mood swing and etc. I met with doctor he prescribed me olisur f5 and librium 10 for 1 month after one month olisur f5 and half librium and after one month olisur f5 daily and half librium after 1 day gap. After 20 days olisur f5 daily and half librium after 2 days. Now librium stop and daily olisurf5 for 1 month. Is olisur f5 is habit forming? HOW TO TAPER OLISUR F5
