Low pulse and high bp
Sir, Ealier i was alcohol addicted and have diagonose with fatty liver grade2. Doctor prescribed me ativan 2 mg. I took the same for one year and i gota addicted having lot of anxiety depression low apeptite loss of weight then i met with doctor and he prescribed me olisur f5 and librium 10 for 2 months.i am continuing the same for 2 months. After i stopped librium and continue 1 tab olisur f5. Now currently from 1 week i am taking olisur f5 half tablet in night. Frkm past 3 days i observed low pulse rate around 55-60 abd high bp around 140/90. What is reason of high bp and low pulse. Plz provide suitable suggestion and medicine. I m very worried .plz help

There may happen usually ..suppose u r addicted to alchol , nd after withdrawal of it BP reliance high sometimes due to anxiousness that you will devlop fter stopping alchol so it's part of your anxiety , and pulse arokr 55 -60 it's not that low ..we consider it's normal only

You don't need to worry about BP as per new guide it's normal. Just try life style and low salt diet

Be careful while tapering off the dose.cause when you are tapering off quickly the symptoms reappear.so don’t do it by own .consult before tapering ,let the doctor decide what and when to do things.Thank you .
