Is ADHD considered a mental health disorder or neurodevelopment issue? Would it qualify under disability?

Why we feel left shoulder, left arm and left bicep pain. Also the disorientation in walking and talking As if words are coming out different or as if mouth is moving in different direction while talking and same goes to legs while walking Pounding of heart Nausea Left hand pain Dis alignment And sometimes a feeling as if this world and the life is not real What is this ? Is it hazardous? And why is this Taking paroxetine 25mg Clonopazem 0.25mg Daily

Sir I am using lithium 1200mg risperidone 8mg And chloropromazine 100mg Now my sugar level is 110mg/dl fasting Will my sugar level reversed after reducing the dose,..or My sugar level is not concerned to this medicines. Please reply

I feel vertigo like feeling from 10 15 days i have chronic anxiety problem from 2020 i took medicine also some times as prescribed what to do now etizola0.5 i was taking that time some times then i stopped when i felt ok

I have dilemma to choose between two options .I tried many things to solve it like search online ,saw YouTube videos,talk with family, wirte pros and cons for both , even take career counseling, career assessment but seems like nothing is working . I am scared to choose one ,lost interest in work or career ,something it's feel that I'm not able to do anything, whole day only one thought is chattering in my mind ,I just don't know what to do in life now

Since lockdown im having health anxiety but now im getting too much of unsteadiness, feel of pain all over the body. Especially jaw, neck, left hand and finger. This is there since 3 years and everytime i feel i have heart attack. Please help me to come put of this.

Have been having anxiety attacks since childhood.consulted a psychiatrist 3 years back.was asked to take medication by the doctor but I didn't to see if it settles on its own.waited 3 years.anxiety getting worse.missing classes time and again because of my symptoms.trouble in family n relationship.troube paying attention and falling asleep missing exams due to anxiety,anxiety to be around other people, difficulty making friends from childhood,loneliness, emotional pain,extreme guilt.These troubles goes and comes but really unmanageable when it's there.I ve been having difficulty having friends from childhood.feeling guilty cos everyone else could overcome it...I couldn't after growing up also.Social anxiety hinders me from going to places I like and from having fun.used to be germophobic in childhood but I manage that now.Strained relationships due to anxiety.feeling misunderstood.Doubting if I m a bad person.Doubting if I m hurting others.Need help

My doctor prescribed agoprex for sleeping problem. After that ihave a little appetite problem. And burning sensation in lower abdomen. Is the medicine cause that.

My gastroenterologist prescribed me Nexito Plus to help with my irritable bowel syndrome. I've been on it for over six months. I want to quit, but I have heard that you shouldn't quit abruptly and I should lower the dose instead. Hence, how do I lower the dose and quit it? The tablet is too small to cut.
