SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDER
My age is 27. I have been suffering from severe social anxiety disorder from many years. I feel anxious and socially awkward in every social situation, have difficulties in even having small talk. Can't make eye contact. Lost interest in studies and in life. Low confidence. Always overthink. Unable to seek a job. Doesn't know how to make friends. Unable to talk to girls. Have developed a strong avoidance behaviour. I cannot leave my house without anxiety. I always feel everyone is judging me. I have been suffering in silence for years. I feel lonely and completely lost in life. I don't feel suicidal but now I feel why should I even live. I want to seek professional help but I cannot. I am too anxious to ask for help and feel like no one could help me. Please suggest what should I do I don't want to live like this forever.

Hi. You are not anxious to ask for help. You just did. So that's a stepping stone. Congratulations for that. Now, if you're shy to talk, start with having a chat conversation with the therapist and then move on to calls. I'll be really happy to help you and you're gonna be fine. Super fine. Don't worry. All the best.
